Norbert's History

For 30 years, Norbert Industries has been delivering unequaled services and quality to customers from across North America. Known for our superior quality, specialized processes and technical capabilities Norbert has gained a reputation in the aerospace, automotive, defense, industrial medical and commercial sectors.

In 1999, Norbert Industries joined the Hy-Vac Group expanding its access to include heat-treating and metallurgic coatings. Less than a year later to help meet the rapidly-increasing customer demands and production volumes, Norbert opened a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that will nearly double the company's production floor space. The new 21,000-sq.-ft. facility, located just a few doors from Norbert's 29,000 sq.-ft. main production facility, houses advanced machining equipment including a 13-station automated conveyer system machining station called Palletech EH480. This sophisticated machining station features two FMS intelligent controllers that ensure consistent production of quality parts to accuracy within 1/30 of a human hair.
